The Companion and Path tiers represent committed roadmap, not current availability. We are building the infrastructure to support them with the same care that built the rest of the platform. Every paid annual subscription funds one free year of Companion access for someone selected through our scholarship program — including individuals, families, and members of underserved communities. We track this transparently and report annually. It's structural, not promotional.

Yes. The Doorway tier processes everything locally in your browser — nothing is transmitted or stored on any server, ever. When the Companion and Path tiers launch, they will require an account because billing requires identity, but assessment responses, journal entries, and reflections will remain encrypted and never sold, shared, or used for AI training. We are not advertiser-funded. Privacy architecture is the platform's defining feature, not an afterthought.
The standard platform is designed for adults (18+). Through institutional partnerships with schools and youth organizations, we offer an adolescent-adapted version (ages 13–17) facilitated by trained adults — never used as a self-administered tool with minors. Contact us if you're interested in youth programs.
Because we are an educational platform (not a healthcare provider), traditional insurance does not apply. However, many users successfully reimburse Companion and Path subscriptions through HSA/FSA accounts as wellness expenses. We provide receipts upon request.
